We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return for eligible items.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@amareecollection.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We take the quality of our products very seriously and we will do our best to ensure that your gift or purchase arrives in perfect condition. However, should your purchase arrive damaged or fail to be of acceptable quality, please contact info@amareecollection.com.au and include as much detail as possible about the order and the product, with photograph evidence.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
