At Amaree Collection, we carefully pack and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once your parcel is on its way, standard delivery with Australia Post typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location. If you select Express Post, your order will arrive sooner.
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is ready for shipping. Please remember to check your spam or junk folder just in case it lands there.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. We’re unable to take responsibility for parcels that can’t be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or non-deliverable addresses. While we always do our best to support you, delays or losses once a parcel is with the courier are outside of our control. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking, and if any issues arise, please reach out. We’re always happy to help where we can.
If your parcel cannot be left safely or delivered as instructed, it will be taken to your local post office or parcel collection point. Australia Post generally holds parcels for up to two weeks before returning them to us.
