Your reed diffusers are the best . They are long lasting & I get comments all the time someone is over . I have it on a console table at the entry so when you walk passed you get a fresh gentle fragrance . Have one in the bathroom as well . Giving to family as pre Christmas gifts .

- Keep out of reach of Children.
- Always place on a tray. Do not put reeds on a fragile or varnished surface.
- Spills should be cleaned up immediately as staining or stripping of finishes may occur.
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not ingest fragrance. Keep away from naked flame or heat at all times.
- In case of accidental consumption, please contact Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26.

HOW TO USE
- Open glass bottle and place all 10 reeds in the bottle.
- Place bottle on plate to protect surfaces in case of spillage.
- To maintain a fresh scent, flip your sticks around every week or so.
- Lasts more than 6 months.
- Air conditioning, heating, humidity and draughts can affect the longevity of your reed diffuser.
- The fragrant blend will oxidise after the bottle has been opened.
- The solution interacts with oxygen which can affect its colour, but not the quality of the fragrance or longevity of your reed diffuser.

How long do the reed diffusers last?

Our 200ml reed diffusers are designed to last between 9 to 12 months, depending on room conditions like airflow and sunlight. They provide a consistent, long-lasting fragrance with minimal maintenance.

What’s included with each reed diffuser?

Each diffuser comes with a 200ml glass bottle, filled with premium fragrance oil and real dried flowers, plus 10 high-quality reed sticks for optimal scent diffusion.

How do I use my reed diffuser?

Simply remove the cap, insert the reeds into the bottle, and allow them to soak up the oil. Flip the reeds after the first hour to activate the scent. For a stronger scent, use more reeds; for a lighter scent, use fewer.

Are the oils safe to use around pets and kids?

Yes! Our diffuser oils are free from parabens, phthalates, and harsh chemicals, making them a cleaner option for your home. However, we recommend placing them out of reach of children and pets, just to be safe.

Do I need to flip the reeds regularly?

You don’t have to—but we highly recommend. Flipping the reeds once a week can help refresh the scent if it starts to fade. Be sure to do this carefully over a protected surface in case of drips.



Can I reuse the diffuser bottle?

Absolutely! Our diffuser bottles are designed to be refilled. We offer 200ml refill pouches that make it easy to top up your favourite scent, and each pouch comes with a spare set of reed sticks for a fresh start.
